Who these terms cover

These terms are an agreement between a business and Skribbit (“we”). Questions: [email protected].

Consent to text or email

The business is responsible for having consent to text or email its customers.

Skribbit sends on that attestation.

The business must not ask Skribbit to message anyone who has not agreed to receive SMS or email from that business, as applicable. The business is responsible for the accuracy of the end-customer list it uploads and for honoring opt-outs.

No guarantee of a star rating or a ranking

There is no guarantee of a star rating or a ranking.

Skribbit sends review requests and can list reviews and post replies the business approves. Star ratings, review volume, and local rankings on Google or any other platform are outside Skribbit’s control.
